Build under £50,000

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

1. 1. Your project must have been completed since 1 January 2024
   2. The total budget for the project must not exceed the category limit of £50,000 (excluding VAT)
   3. All entries must be submitted by 27 April 2026 for judging
   4. The shortlist will be announced on the Pro Landscaper website at the end of May and be featured in the July issue of Pro Landscaper magazine.
   5. The ceremony will be held at De Vere Horsley Estate, Ockham Road South, East Horsley, Surrey, KT24 6DT, on Thursday 09 July 2026
   6. All entries must be paid in full. Failure to do so will mean the application will not be progressed to judging stages.
   7. You may enter more than one category. Each entry must be submitted on the relevant entry form.
   8. The awards are open to all industry related businesses nationally.
   9. The entry fee is £180+VAT.
   10. A sponsor cannot enter the category they are sponsoring.
   11. The comments made on your application form should be accurate to the best of your knowledge.

   13. Breakdown of project costs
   14. Before, during and after images
   15. Drawings/designs – mandatory for design categories
   16. The judges reserve the right to move your application to another category, or add your submission into another category.
   17. The judges decision is final
   18. Entrants must be available for consultation with the judges should the need arise
   19. By entering the awards, you agree to partake in publicity of the Pro Landscaper Project Awards, including the use of any photography or logos you send as part of your application.
   20. Should a category not receive sufficient entries, it will be withdrawn from the awards ceremony.
   21. Entry is completed solely on your application form, there will be no site visits.
   22. We reserve the right to extend the deadline for entries.
   23. By entering the awards, you authorise us to use personal data collected during the entry porcess, for the purpose of administering the awards, and receiving/circulating further information regarding the awards and other relevant events from time to time.
   24. The judging panel will be made up of industry professionals and experts. We will be completely confidential with the information you submit and if we feel as though there is a conflict of interest in a category, the judge in question will not take part.
   25. We reserve all rights to publish projects and images pre and post awards within any of the Eljays44 publications and/or promotional material.
